My Journey LLC uses USPS, all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from time of purchase. We also will provide tracking information for you to track your package, so you will know when to expect your delivery. To ensure that your packages are delivered properly please make sure the correct address is given. If package is non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable so if a package is refused you will be responsible for the original shipping charge. As well as the fee for the package being returned to us in which will be deducted from your merchandise and the remaining will be issued in a store credit.
Because security is important to us we will not allow shipping to an alternate address that differs your credit card billing address. We are not responsible for Lost/Stolen items due to USPS error, once packages has left our hands and placed into the hands of USPS we are no longer at fault and will not issue a refund.
Express Shipping is available please place your order online so your items are locked in and then contact customer service via email please note that express shipping is an additional fee. You will not be charged for a priority fee and a express shipping fee , you will only be charged the express shipping total amount.
Shipping cost starts at $8.00 and may differ depending on where you are located and size of package.
